Marketing/Project Management Support
Provides general marketing and project management support. Assists in special projects as needed. Requires strong background in graphic design. Responsible for supporting the marketing department in developing and executing marketing initiatives, creating visual content, and coordinating various marketing activities. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will work with the production, maintenance teams, and management to facilitate project workflow and support the timeliness and the accuracy of assigned projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Design and produce various marketing materials, including digital and print assets such as brochures, manuals, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and advertisements.
- Create compelling visual content for online and offline marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality design.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Associate degree or in the process of obtaining is preferred.
- B.A. or B.S. Degree and 5 years of experience and/or equivalent a plus.
- 2-4 years of related experience is required.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
- Engineering and troubleshooting mind set required
- Strong Communication Skills - Proficiency to speak, read write in English effectively to customers and employees.
- Solution-oriented and highly motivated with critical thinking skills with the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external contacts in person, via phone, and through email.
- Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail to effectively balance and prioritize workload.
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
