We are seeking a motivated, highly skilled, and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to a plastic surgery team as the full-time manager for their aesthetic clinics. Full time  position involves overseeing the daily operations of three clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care, and directly participating in aesthetic services. The role will require both hands-on client interaction and management responsibilities, including supervising a small team of 2-3 staff members. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in aesthetics, including Botox, dermal fillers, and laser treatments. The role will require a rotating schedule between within 3 clinic locations. Competitive compensation including health insurance, PTO, 401(k), and more.

• Current NP or PA license in California.
• 2 years of experience in aesthetic procedures (Botox, fillers, lasers).
• Experience in managing or supervising a small team.
• Strong clinical skills with a passion for aesthetics.
