Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current state license in good standing.
Minimum of one year of experience with laser treatments and some experience with injectable treatments.
Additional certifications or specialized training in cosmetic dermatology, injectables, and laser treatments is a plus.
This role includes conducting medical assessments, developing treatment plans, administering treatments, and ensuring a high level of patient care and satisfaction
Strong leadership qualities, especially in a medical setting, and the ability to train and guide junior staff. Collaborate closely with the Clinic team to ensure that client needs are met effectively and safely.
Assist in training and mentoring other nursing staff or medical assistants, sharing knowledge and best practices for safe and effective treatments.
Ensure proper coordination of client care with other healthcare providers (PCs, MAs, NPs, PAs, Physicians).
Supervise and delegate tasks to other clinic staff as needed to ensure seamless operations and client care in an appropriate, professional manner.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by performing a HIPAA-compliant good faith exam before treatments and maintaining client privacy.
