Main Responsibilities:
* Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
* Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and other designated spaces according to client instructions.
* Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment.
* Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and within the designated time frame.
* Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or requests during cleanings.
* Follow all company protocols for safety and cleaning procedures.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently after training.
* Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
* Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.
* Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
