About This Internship
This position is responsible for a variety of entry level professional functions depending upon the student’s career and educational pursuits and the needs of the credit union at the time with specific opportunities to be identified in March 2025 . This paid internship opportunity will provide general support in one of the following areas: Accounting, IT, Lending, Branch Operations, Community Engagement, Marketing, Business Intelligence or any other area deemed appropriate between the credit union and the student.
The internship is a 7-week program from June 9th-July 25th with a maximum of 25 hours a week. The schedule will be Monday-Friday 9:00am-3:00pm.

Requirements
- As directed by management, perform simple to moderate level tasks in support of department goals and objectives, to include but not limited to data input, verification, graphic design, simple IT coding, forms processing, participation in department projects and meetings.
- Observe and participate in branch related activities as deemed appropriate by the Branch Management.
- Participate in on-site and off-site department or credit union meetings. Provide ideas and feedback on projects.
- Communicate with all levels within the organization on project status, initiatives, etc.
- Develop and present a written presentation on the content of the internship, focusing on good grammar and spelling, and communicating in a concise and clear manner in writing.
- Develop and present a verbal presentation on the intern’s job experience at Addition Financial, to be presented to the senior management team. Focus on providing concise communications verbally in a group meeting to develop presentation skills.
- Other duties and functions as directed or required by management.
