RESPONSIBILITIES

  • CRM(Salesforce)

User / TerritoryManagement

  • Activateanddeactivateusers,createandupdaterolesasneeded.
  • PerformSalesforcetrainingfornewusersduringonboarding.
  • Maintainterritoryassignmentsanddocumentation.
  • Manageuserrolepermissionsandupdateasbusinessneedsevolve.

    • LeadManagement

  • Importandcleanleadsforthemarketingandsalesteams.
  • Verifythatautomationsarerunningasdesigned.

    • SalesforceReporting &Analytics

  • Create,validate,andmaintaincustomreportsanddashboards.
  • Collaboratewithmanagementtoensureaccurateandup -to- datesalesforecasts.
  • Promptsalesteamstokeepopportunitystagesandclosedatescurrent.
  • Generatebusinessperformancereports,includingclosed -lostreports.

    • SalesforceImprovements

  • Designcustomflows,notifications,andfields.
  • ManageleadroutingandassignmentswithSalesforceMapsforallstates.
  • Updatepricelists,promotions,discounts,andsharingrules.
  • Monitorplatformactivityandreportirregularitiestomanagement.
  • Collaboratewithcontractors,internationalSalesforceadmins,andAccountManagersforcomplexintegrationsandcustomizations.
  • ConductUATfornewSalesforcefeaturesandmodules.

    • QuoteAssistance

  • Assistsalesrepsandmanagementingeneratingquotationsandpurchaseagreements.
  • Createandsendpurchaseagreementsondemandduringsalescalls.

    • CustomerSuccessRoleasitrelatestoCompanysERPsystems(Priority)

  • ProvideanalyticsofERPservicecallsformanagementreview.
  • Monitorthecustomerhotlistandprepareweekly / monthlyrecaps.

    • TeamCollaboration

  • INTERNALBIPLATFORM
  • Conductdailyauditsoftheplatformandensuredataaccuracyinreports,graphs,anddashboards.
  • Cross- verifydatawithotherinternalandexternalsystems.
  • Maintainlogsofchecksandfindings.
  • Identifyandreportdiscrepanciesorissuestorelevantteams.
  • CONSUMABLESALESPLATFORM(E -STORE)

    • CustomerSupport

  • ProvidedirectsupporttocustomersfacingissueswithkeycodesfromWooCommerce.
  • Troubleshootandresolvekeycodeissues,usingvariousplatforms.

    • GeographicalCoverage - SupportcustomersintheUS,Canada,andLATAMregions.

    LoyaltyPrograms

  • Overseeandvalidatesubmissionsfortheloyaltyprogram.
  • Troubleshootissuesrelatedtocouponcodesandrewardredemptions.
  • MaintainrecordsofsubmissionsinExcelforreportingandqualityassurancepurposes.

    • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelorsdegreeinarelevantfield(ComputerScience,InformationTechnology,BusinessAdministration,Finance,orEconomics)preferred.
  • Minimum3yearsofhands - onexperiencewithSalesforce.SalesforceCertificationispreferred.
  • ProficiencyinMicrosoftExcelandotherrelevantsoftwaretools.
  • KnowledgeofERPsystems(e.g.,Priority)isaplus

    • Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
