Location: New York, New York – (Hybrid) 4 days in office
Salary: $85K-$100K
Growing Boutique Brand Partnership Agency Seeks a Contracts Specialist to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day drafting, revising & presenting all things project contracts.
- Responsible for contract edits, development of templates and management of existing contract documents & agreements.
- Manage contracts from initiation through closure, including amendments, red lines, extensions etc.
- Serve as liaison between leadership, sales, clients, legal & attorney partners for editing & contact oversight
- Serve as key administrative support person for contract processing & reviews
- Support sales & leadership teams as needed
- Special projects as needed
Skills & Expectations:
Bachelor’s degree required
2 Years of partnerships / branding & licensing contracts or similar legal admin experience.
Strong understanding of contact law, negotiation skills & the ability to interpret & explain contract terms.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Exposure to MyMediaBox or similar licensing software a plus
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
