International Conglomerate seeks a Tax Analyst to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review corporate and partnership tax returns, including those with international components.
- Assist with international tax compliance
- Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions.
- Assist with tax provision calculations for financial reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors on international tax planning strategies.
- Monitor global tax developments and assess their impact on the company.
- Assist with tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of tax accounting experience, preferably with international tax exposure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Knowledge of U.S. international tax laws and corporate tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Excel and tax software
- Experience in public accounting or multinational corporations.
