RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage tax planning, preparation, and compliance for individuals, businesses, and other entities.
- Review and file federal, state, and local tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current tax laws and regulations.
- Provide tax advisory services, identifying opportunities for tax savings and risk mitigation.
- Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for tax-related matters.
- Supervise and mentor junior accountants and tax preparers, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Stay up to date with changing tax regulations and ensure the firm's practices remain compliant.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, audits, and other accounting functions as required.
- Work closely with firm leadership to develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
