Wayfinding Project Manager

We are looking to recruit a Wayfinding Project Manager.This is an excellent opportunity to join a Global Company who operate at the focal point of sports, music, entertainment and culture, serving talent, brands and properties across the world!

What You Can Expect

• Location – Charlotte, North Carolina, USA
• Salary –Up to $65,000
• Work Type – Fixed term contract for 22 months

Main Responsibilities as a Wayfinding Manager

• Develop and Implement Wayfinding Strategies to enhance navigation and user experience.
• Manage Wayfinding Processes: Develop, oversee, and implement wayfinding design processes, including scope development, planning, and information management.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with project managers, venue managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment of wayfinding strategies with overall project objectives.
• Ensure Quality and Accuracy: Maintain high-quality standards throughout the wayfinding lifecycle, from design to installation.
• Manage Project Timeline and Resources: Deliver wayfinding projects within specified timeframes and budget constraints.
• Train and Develop Team: Provide guidance, training, and support for the wayfinding team on tools, systems, and processes.
• Address Challenges and Risks: Identify potential risks and challenges, developing strategies to mitigate their impact on project delivery.

Core Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in project management or equivalent roles.
• Expertise in the design of Look, Signage, and Wayfinding for multi-sports international events.
• Strong background in operational planning, organization, and problem-solving, with exceptional attention to detail in multi-sport international contexts.
• Outstanding planning and organizational skills.
• Creative thinker capable of developing innovative solutions to meet client briefs.
• A proactive, "hands-on" attitude, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility for travel, as this role will involve time split between North Carolina and the stadiums being supported.
