POSITION SUMMARY:
ADDMAN is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. This position will play a crucial role in providing financial analysis and business insights to support company-wide strategic and operational initiatives. This individual will also be a key business partner to multiple business units throughout the organization and have high visibility to executive leadership.
This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), which requires U.S. citizen status.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Manage and perform daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting related to month-end close, financial metrics, and performance tracking
- Develop and maintain rolling forecasts, scenario analysis, and financial modeling (e.g. P&L, Cash Flow, Working Capital analysis)
- Support annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning
- Serve as a financial business partner to key stakeholders, providing insights that drive decision-making (e.g. HR, IT, Marketing, Business Development, Ops)
- Evaluate capital justifications, cost accounting, and operational metrics to enable manufacturing performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve financial results
- Develop executive-level analyses and presentations for both key deliverables and ad-hoc projects
- Implement best practices to enhance financial reporting and analysis efficiency
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- High proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
- Advanced Excel and financial software (e.g. Power Query, VBA, Nested formulas, Power BI)
- Ability to multitask, manage time and accept changing priorities
- Work independently, strong work ethic, is self-motivated and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Must be a team player and willing to learn new skills and concepts
- Ability to lead and work on cross-functional teams to support the core business, ensuring quality products are delivered on time
- Computer aptitude (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of experience in finance or related field
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business
- Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship and must be an eligible U.S. Person
- Experience with general manufacturing, aerospace, or additive manufacturing organization preferred
- Vena skills a plus but not required

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This job operates in a professional additive manufacturing, traditional manufacturing, and office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as printing equipment, computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.
- Hybrid work options available, subject to business needs
- Ability to travel up to 25%
