ADDMAN Engineering LLC seeks a skilled Machine Shop Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day activities associated with manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and improving safe working environments, establishing proactive maintenance programs, and troubleshooting equipment.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the safe working environment on the shop floor and surrounding areas.
- Establish and implement proactive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment throughout the facility.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filling machine oils, emptying chip hoppers, sweeping, and cleaning coolant tanks and burr benches.
- Conduct building maintenance, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment in a maintenance or technical role is preferred.
- Experience with equipment installation and modification in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with CNC machines and CAD software is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
