Responsibilities :
- Sourcing and Screening Candidates : Actively source qualified AEC professionals through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and referrals, focusing on the Latin American market.
- Candidate Evaluation : Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including phone and video interviews, to evaluate technical skills, project experience, and cultural fit for client requirements.
- Market Knowledge : Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the latest developments within the Latin American AEC outsourcing market.
- Relationship Building : Foster strong relationships with potential candidates by providing career guidance and maintaining open communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Talent Pool Development : Proactively build a network of qualified AEC professionals in the region to identify future talent.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting AEC professionals, preferably within the Latin American market.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong understanding of the AEC industry, including technical skills and project management practices.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
