- Manage the complete lifecycle of hardware assets, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
- Develop and implement asset management processes and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines.
- Monitor asset performance, utilization, and depreciation to optimize resource allocation.
- Conduct regular asset audits and reconciliations to maintain accurate asset records.
- Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments related to hardware assets.
- Ensure adherence to contract terms, including payment schedules, service level agreements (SLAs), and warranty obligations.
- Manage subscription renewals and coordinate subscription-based services.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hardware vendors such as Cisco, HP, Amazon, Nvidia, and Facebook.
- Collaborate with vendors to address asset-related issues and ensure timely product and service delivery.
- Analyze asset data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to provide insights into asset performance and utilization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in asset management, ideally within the hardware technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of contract and subscription management.
- Experience working with major hardware vendors like Cisco, HP, Amazon, Nvidia, and Facebook.
- Proficiency with asset management software and tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and communication abilities.
- Certification in asset management or a related field.
