What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Assistant position at Ade Medical Group?
We are looking to add anambitious team-oriented full-time Medical Assistantto our office.
Job Duties include but are not limited to :
- Excellent knowledge of medical terminology
- Recording patients' vital signs, documenting physicians' notes and changes in medical condition
- Knowledge with pronunciation of medications
- Monitoring and documenting patient symptoms for physicians' review during clinical exams
- Prepping exam rooms for clinical procedures and assisting practitioners with patient care
- Assisting physicians during routine checkups, outpatient procedures and other physical exams
- Taking tissue and fluid samples and sending them in for laboratory analysis
- Calling patients back with results from testing or labs
- Taking phone calls and messages from patients
- One late night per week, you will have one night that you assist with another employee in closing the clinic. This is the same late night each week and most of the time is finished by 6pm.
