A key component of our mission is the role of the Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), who manages a team of Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing individualized treatment plans.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate, schedule, and evaluate functional behavior assessments, behavioral evaluations, and intervention plans for a caseload of 10-15 patients.
- Meet or exceed monthly billable hour requirements based on caseload size and supervision needs.
- Supervise the implementation of programs by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs), including training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans and modifications.
- Write treatment protocols and behavior support plans.
- Communicate regularly with caregivers to support treatment objectives.
- Meet with the Clinical Director to review treatment plans and address barriers to progress.
- Conduct caregiver training to enhance involvement and treatment fidelity.
- Demonstrate supervisory and leadership skills using a servant leadership model.
- Support quality assurance by collecting data and reviewing clinical notes.
- Provide supervision for BCBA candidates.
- Participate in educational initiatives and maintain BCBA certification.
- Engage actively in company culture and attend required meetings and training.
- Contribute to company projects and maintain applied skills while providing some direct service.
- Follow BACB Ethical Code and adhere to HIPAA policies and patient confidentiality.
- Maintain professional boundaries with patients and caregivers.
- Be available during regular business hours and adhere to MGA policies and procedures.
- Perform other assigned duties.
