Requirements
- Certification from the National Certification Council for Activity Professionals (NCCAP)
- Proven experience as a Recreation Assistant or Director in a healthcare environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire others
- Proficiency in computer use and related technologies
- A positive, energetic, and upbeat demeanor is essential
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and planning abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
