Responsibilities:
- Screen, source, recruit, and interview potential employees
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a high volume recruiting role
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary : $65,000 - $68,000
