What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Adecco Permanent Recruitment?
We are recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure proper maintenance and upkeep for equipment and facility; Shift 10:00AM - 8:00PM M-F; Saturdays as required $80-90K salary
Specifically this position will:
- Ensure preventive maintenance to machinery, according to daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly maintenance schedules.
- Maintain an inventory of replacement parts within budget guidelines.
- Oversee maintenance activities such as: greasing machines, lint removal, troubleshooting and repairing machines for peak performance and minimal downtown,
- Shut down/Start up boilers for water and boiler tests, change acid drums, monitor PH system, change AC filters, drive the scissors lift, boom lift, and forklift safely, etc.
- Secure and control all maintenance tools, equipment and parts.
- Supervise 8-10 employees during assigned shift
Candidates should possess:
- 3 years experience in with supervisory experience
- ARC, MIG, and TIG welding experience
- Electrical and computer-based programming knowledge
- PLC - I/O logic experience
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
