We are looking for a talented Operational Excellence Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing product development projects from inception to completion.

- Develop and implement operational excellence initiatives to improve manufacturing processes

Candidates should possess:
- Bachelor of Science in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 1 year of experience (including co-ops or internships) in a related manufacturing industry
