What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Support Specialist position at Adecco Permanent Recruitment?
Adecco Permanent Recruitment is seeking a Technical Support and Training Specialist in Rochester, New York. We are seeking candidates with a background in CAD / Blueprint reading, experience with Windows 11 OS, and a Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Engineering).

What you will be doing
- Use phone, email, and remote access to support our CAD and PDF based excavation takeoff software
- Train new and existing users how to master the application using MS Teams
- Support the roll out of new application features as they are released to our growing subscriber base
- Work closely with our development team to define new features and prioritize issues
- Assist in the creation of new training content
