What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compensation Manager position at Adecco Recruitment?
We are recruiting for a Compensation Manager to develop and facilitate compensation programs that align with organizational objectives, industry market conditions, and compliance requirements to inform the design and implementation of competitive pay structures, incentive programs, and equity plans to attract and retain talent and maintain internal pay equity and comply with all federal, state, and local laws.
Specifically, this position will :
- Conduct comprehensive market research and benchmarking to ensure compensation programs remain competitive
- Utilize industry salary surveys and internal data to guide compensation decisions and recommend pay adjustments.
- Monitor market trends, emerging compensation practices, and legal requirements to keep the company’s programs up to date.
- Review and approve job descriptions, ensure appropriate job leveling and grading systems are consistently applied
- Partner with finance to manage the compensation budgets
- Lead, mentor, and develop the compensation team
