Location : Riverview, MIPay Rate : $17.00 / hourJob Type : Temp-to-HireJob Description : We are seeking motivated and dependable Picker / Packers to join our team on the first shift. As a Picker / Packer, you will be responsible for selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment. This position offers an opportunity to grow with the company through a temp-to-hire pathway.Key Responsibilities : Accurately pick products from shelves based on order specifications.Pack and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging.Perform quality checks to ensure items meet company standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.Qualifications : Ability to stand, walk, and lift small weights for the entire shift.Steel toed boots or shoes are requiredBasic math and reading comprehension skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus but not required.Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow.Schedule and Pay : Shift Hours : 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday (occasional overtime may be required).Pay Rate : $17.00 / hour, paid weekly.Pay Details : $17.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
