- to join our clients team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

- Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (or working towards a degree)
- Preferred : Master's degree or certification (CPA, CMA)
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in the financial industry or public accounting (with a degree) or 2-3 years of experience (working towards a degree)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Experience with reconciliation systems and ledger accounting
- Knowledge of Excel Macros and GAAP
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent people and relationship-building skills
- Responsibilities :
- Accurately maintain accounting records and perform related functions.
- Prepare daily entries and monitor account balances.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with Bancorp accounting policies and GAAP.
- Reconcile and resolve complex account outages.
- Coordinate month-end accounting activities with other departments.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Respond to inquiries from management, auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
- Pay Details :
- 23.33 per hour
