The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and have experience in front-desk responsibilities and administrative tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining filing systems, overseeing the ordering of supplies, and facilitating smooth interdepartmental communication.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for various departments.
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and order supplies as needed.
- Routinely check and respond to voicemails, emails, and physical mail.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, preparing agendas and materials as needed.
- Ensure that all departmental websites are current and relevant.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and implement new systems and procedures.
- Liaise with external vendors for office services and maintenance of equipment.
- Address any issues or concerns promptly and escalate them to management when necessary.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with office equipment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
