Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Aerospace Quality Control Specialist to join our team in Portland, CT. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for upholding rigorous standards and ensuring every detail meets the highest expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough visual and measurement tests to confirm that in-process and finished products adhere to specifications.
- Review purchase orders, special process certifications, operation sheets, blueprints, and other documentation to ensure complete compliance with all requirements.
- Complete Inspection Method Sheets and ensure special process certifications align with part specifications.
- Perform 1st piece/FAI inspections, with familiarity in Inspection Xpert/Net-Inspect being a notable advantage.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years as a quality inspector in Aerospace, Medical, or a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- $20-$26 per hour, based on experience.
- Up to $1500 sign-on bonus after successful completion of a 90-day introductory period.
