What are the responsibilities and job description for the Air Export Customer Service position at Adecco US, Inc.?
We are currently hiring for an Air Export Customer Service Representative to join our Air Export Call Center team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong background in international air freight logistics.
Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to air export shipments, providing exceptional service to customers.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of air export shipments, including booking, documentation, and tracking.
Provide timely updates to clients regarding shipment status, delays, and other inquiries.
Ensure compliance with all regulations and requirements related to air exports.
Prepare and process export documentation, including airway bills, export declarations, and invoices.
Communicate effectively with airlines, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to shipments, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and vendors.
Assist with pricing, quotations, and contract negotiations when needed.
Pay Details : $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
