Responsibilities for Customer Service Agent :
Receive Incoming Calls
Identify customer in database, then identify service technician
Dispatch call
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1 year call center or related experience
Ability to work Weekends and Holidays
Ability to work in the office
Various Shifts
