CNC Operator Job
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Berthoud, CO. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loads and unloads CNC machine with product varying in size and weight, deburrs parts using hand tools and/or sandpaper, inserts finished part into plastic bags
- Uses manual or electric pallet jack to load or unload fixture or move pallets with boxes
- Production tasks including deburring, sanding, gluing, cleaning, and/or packaging
- Use timeclock system to track hours worked and time spent in jobs
- Record necessary information for quality verification and production reporting
- Communicates "out of tolerance" conditions and documentation discrepancies to QA in a timely manner
