Adecco is assisting their client with their search for a Supply Chain Administrator.Type : 40hrs / wk. ContractStart Date : 1-2 weeks.Location : CLARK NJ 07066 (hybrid- Onsite 3 days per week, remote 2 days per week)Pay : $ 33.09Duration : Temp (8month can extend)Shift : M-F 8am-5pmDescription :
- Support the vision of modern ways of working in customer master activities.
- Lead the activities of customer master and the team to meet / beat established goals and to align with industry standards.
- In accordance with internal control norms, run and review customer master maintenance reports, recommend data cleansing, review with finance, and obtain approvals, archive results.
- Prepare and distribute monthly reporting
- Streamline and transform internal processing / drive change in Supply chain including implementing robotic process automation and lean flow principles.
- Provide ongoing training and inquiry supporting the department analysts / specialists and maintain process procedures, assisting in any customer master related advice or problem resolution.Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business administration or related field.
- At least 3-5 years related work experience in a related field in a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Strong and rapid decision-making ability.
- Proven organizational and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Understanding of SAP processes preferred.
- Able to handle difficult or challenging master data situations with diplomacy, tact and professionalism.
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Windows and Excel Programs.
- Exposure to Lean Six Sigma knowledge and practice
