- Five - month contract with opportunity for extension or full-time offer
- Pay :
- 19 - $21.50 per hour based on experience
- Shift / Hours :
- 8 : 30AM 5PM PST Monday Friday
- Responsibilities of the Customer Service Rep :
Making upward of 80 calls per day
Speaking with healthcare providers and office staff regarding claims and authorizations
High school diploma / GED
HMO background with claims processing knowledge
Previous call center experience
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
