Adecco is assisting a client in Cerritos, CA, to hire a Customer Service Representative for a full-time position with the following shift details :
Shift Hours : 12 : 00 PM to 8 : 30 PM, Tuesday to Saturday
Pay Rate : $17 - $18 per hour
40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities :
Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
Handle customer complaints professionally and calmly
Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues
Monitor delivery route progress
Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
What You’ll Need to Excel :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of related experience (preferably within a call center environment)
Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively
Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities
Ability to perform well under pressure while exceeding customer expectations

Pay Details : $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
