Hours : 8am-5pm
Pay : $16
- Job Requirements / Skills
- Be proficient in processing all payment options accurately, all loan services and loan documentation, system maintenance, issuance of checks, ability to download upgrades / enhancements / corrections.
- Possess the ability to perform administrative functions as needed.
- Be proficient on a ten key calculator and be thoroughly computer literate.
- Understand and effectively carry out assigned duties with limited supervision.
- Have the ability to constructively and objectively handle stressful situations and individuals.
- Possess excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate organizational skills that ensure all functions are completed in a timely manner and that all report deadlines are met.
- Business Development
- Solicit current customer base through counter, telephone, and mail solicitations.
- Develop new business through customer recommendations, competitor referrals, and the solicitation of former borrowers.
- Delinquency Control
- Work delinquent accounts as directed.
- Collect past due accounts through written notices and phone calls as directed.
- Lending Functions
- Takes and investigates loan applications.
- Prepares loan documents for closing.
- Breaks down loan files.
- Files loan files.
- Administrative Functions
- Have overall responsibility of the cash drawer and perform the majority of cash drawer functions.
- Process counter payments.
- Process, record, and make daily deposits.
- Post mail payments.
- Process deferments.
- Process adjustment of terms.
- Mail turndown notices.
- Process paid-out loan papers.
- Process due date changes.
- File folders, notices, etc.
- Mail letters.
- Perform the daily backup on the operating system.
- Pay Details :
- 16.00 per hour
