Position Overview :
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to assist our sales team. This role involves order processing, inventory management, website maintenance, and marketing support. Temp to Hire position!

Key Responsibilities :
Process and track orders
Support three sales representatives
Manage internal websites
Handle order fulfillment and restocking
Assist with marketing campaigns
Maintain website updates
What We’re Looking For :
Strong work ethic and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in QuickBooks (Enterprise / Desktop) and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
Detail-oriented with high accuracy
Experience in sales or promotional products is a plus!
Pay Details : $20.00 to $283.00 per hour
