This role involves managing the collection of premiums and claims to minimize outstanding debt, reconciling receipts and disbursements within set timeframes, and assisting in clearing unmatched cash and funded balances.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and attention to detail, be self-motivated and adaptable, and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). They will also be able to identify and escalate critical issues for resolution and collaborate with team members across various tasks.
This opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $45,000 per year, along with comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits, generous PTO and sick leave, and holiday time.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring timely and accurate settlements with our Trading Partners. You will manage day-to-day operations, including collection allocation, aged debt monitoring, and unallocated cash management. You'll support ad-hoc projects and collaborate with teams across the UK and North America.
