• Job Overview

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable General Laborer to join our Clients team, a leading manufacturer in the pallet and lumber industry. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for supporting various tasks within our lumber mill and pallet production facility. The ideal candidate should be ready to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and ensure safety and efficiency throughout all operations.

• Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in the production and assembly of wooden pallets and other products.

2. Operate and maintain basic machinery and tools in the lumber mill.

3. Load and unload materials, and move products around the facility.

4. Sort, stack, and arrange lumber and finished products according to specifications.

5. Inspect products for quality assurance and report any defects or inconsistencies.

6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

7. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

8. Support additional tasks as directed by supervisors or managers.

• Required Skills & Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

2. Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus.

3. Ability to operate hand tools and basic machinery.

4. Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

5. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

6. Ability to work in varying weather conditions and in a noisy, dusty environment.

7. Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Work Schedule

1. 5 : 50 AM - 4 : 50 PM Monday - Thursday

2. 5 : 50 AM - 3 : 50 PM Friday

• Pay Details :
• 16.00 to $20.00 per hour
