- Develop and implement a comprehensive HACCP plan to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop controls to mitigate them.
- Provide training and support to production staff on HACCP procedures and protocols.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the food industry and similar functions. Familiarity with quality management systems and good knowledge of Microsoft Office are also required.
