We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to provide administrative support in various functional areas of HR. The ideal candidate will assist with maintaining employee records, coordinating HR-related tasks, and answering questions related to HR policies and procedures.
- Job Responsibilities :
- Assist with internal and external HR inquiries and requests
- Prepare, maintain, and organize paper, digital, and electronic employee records
- Support HR-related training and onboarding processes
- Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations
- Assist with employee timecards and interviewing processes
- Stay current on HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency
- Qualifications :
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR-related roles
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
