Olsten Staffing is assisting a client in Conway, SC to find a junior estimator to join their team! This will be a full-time temp-to-hire position. This candidate will support the Senior Estimator is developing accurate project estimates. This role will be essential to ensuring project success by calculating costs and assisting in the preparation of bids. Apply now if you meet the qualifications below!
Responsibilities for this job include-
Assist the Senior Estimator in creating detailed estimates for a variety of signage projects.
Review project specifications, blueprints, and drawings to determine material, labor, and time requirements.
Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate project costing.
Utilize Excel, Word, and other software tools to develop and present estimates.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to clarify project details.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines under pressure.
Qualifications for this job include-
Strong attention to detail and excellent math skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Familiarity with construction, fabrication, and job costing is a plus.
Positive attitude and steady work ethic.
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet required deadlines.
High School Diploma or GED
Reliable transportation and attendance
This position will pay based on experience with rates starting at $19-$20.00 / hr.

Pay Details : $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
