Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team on the 2nd shift. In this role, you will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment and machinery efficiently and safely.
You will assemble and package products according to quality standards, conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
As a member of our team, you will collaborate with colleagues to meet production goals and deadlines, and follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
