What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Operations Manager position at Adecco US, Inc.?
Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a large manufacturing client to recruit and hire an Area Operations Manager in the Nashville, TN metro area.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee fabrication processes, including material handling, welding (manual and robotic), and coating.
Lead, mentor, and support production supervisors and support staff.
Ensure products are made on time and within budget
Ensure products meet quality standards
Identify problems and take corrective action
Communicate with all levels of the plant.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or engineering
10 years of experience in manufacturing and supervision
Experience with fabrication and heavy equipment manufacturing, welding, laser cutting, robotics, lean production principles and metrics.
