Adecco is currently assisting a client in their search in hiring a Nursing Assistant to work ina state-of-the-art medical treatment facility in Alto, CA, Menlo Park, CA or Livermore, CA.Pay Rate : The wage for this position is between $24 and $27.43 / HR. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Shifts : Multiple shift times available to choose from.Job Duties :
- Provide direct care to patients with varying levels of physical and mental needs.
- Assisting with activities of daily living.
- Closely monitoring patients’ health status, responds appropriately to subtle patient changes by contacting the appropriate nursing personal.
- Taking and recording temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure.
- Monitor intake and output.
- Applying simple dressings and maintaining skin integrity.
- Accurately documenting patient care provided on electronic medical records.Education / Certifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Nursing Assistant Certification
- Must be COVID vaccinated.
- Flu vaccination.
- ACLS
- A minimum of 2 years recent experience
