Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist various departments by preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Greet visitors professionally, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain filing systems and oversee the ordering of supplies, ensuring a tidy workspace.
- Facilitate smooth interdepartmental communication and manage incoming mail; route inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule appointments, reserve meeting spaces, and assist in organizing interdepartmental events, including preparing agendas and materials.
- Help maintain departmental websites to ensure information is current and relevant.
- Work with team members on various projects to enhance office efficiency.
- Assist in implementing new systems and procedures, ensuring smooth transitions across departments.
- Liaise with external vendors for office services and maintenance of equipment.
- Exercise good judgment in escalating issues as needed.
- Run office errands and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
