ON SITE SUPERVISOR / PART TIME / 3RD SHIFT

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for an experienced Bi-Lingual On-Site Supervisor in Carlisle, PA. This position is a long term, part time opportunity.

Hours are 9pm to 2am, Monday through Thursday. Additoinal hours may be available.

The On-Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing team mates to service clients in a high quality, cost-effective manner. If you meet the qualifications listed below please Apply Now!

Responsibilities for this Onsite Supervisor include :

• Supports the Client Program Manager, Branch Manager and / or Area Manager to ensure reporting and administrative tasks are completed daily
• Ensuring full compliance on all Adecco policies and procedures
• Provides accurate, timely and complete daily performance analyses
• Ensures high quality of standards by conducting activities and maintaining systems that secure Adeccos position as provider of the highest quality service to customers
• Becomes familiar with managers and their areas of responsibility
• Works on site and promotes communication with the clients
• Able to set own priorities, schedule days events, make cold calls, prepare and give formal presentations
• Must have working knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Able to handle multiple problems simultaneously
• Must have excellent problem solving, organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills
• Able to continuously improve processes and procedures
• Ensures Adecco compliance to customer contracts
