- in Newark, CA. This is a
- Night Shift
- full-time opportunity with the hours being 4pm - 12 : 30am, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends.
- FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Patient Check-In / Check-out Answering appointment phones and schedule new and return appointments Knowledge of medical terminology. Communications, Customer service, Problem solving, managing multiple priorities
- QUALIFICATIOS :
- High School Graduate or equivalent required Call center experience, medical terminology, Epic, Jabber, Teams, SHC background Ability to work schedule 4pm to 12 : 30am
- Pay range for this opportunity is $27 - $30 based on experience
