As a Production Planner, you will play a crucial role in optimizing their production processes, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining efficient inventory levels. • Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize capacity.
• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production plans, adjusting schedules as needed.
• Communicate production requirements and address operational issues.
• Collaborate with customer service to understand customer needs and ensure timely delivery.
• Work with procurement to manage raw material availability and maintain supply continuity.
• Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to schedules and efficient resource utilization.
• Manage production capacity to optimize operations and minimize bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with procurement and production to manage inventory levels.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Qualifications :
• Proven experience in production planning, inventory management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of production processes and inventory management principles.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with production, procurement, and customer service teams.
• Experience with ERP systems and production monitoring tools is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
• Excel,
• PowerPoint, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
