We are seeking a highly skilled Precision Machinist to join our team as a Milling and Turning Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating complex CNC machinery, particularly in aerospace manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating 3, 4, and 5 axis milling and/or turning machines
- Ability to work with hard metals such as Inconel, Titanium, and Stainless Steel
- Proficiency in mathematics and ability to use a calculator
- Experience with Fanuc controls and making offsets as required by the program
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with major aerospace OEMs (Pratt & Whitney, General Electric, Rolls Royce, etc.)
- Able to stand for long periods of time and walk up stairs on machine platforms to access machines
- Team player with skills to work with people at all levels in a fast-paced environment
