We are seeking experienced individuals to fill Production Assembly Specialist positions in Winthrop, Maine.
This role plays a vital part in our manufacturing process by supporting stitchers, ensuring quality control, and preparing finished products for shipment. The position involves physical activity including bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and frequent movement on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare materials and equipment for production, assisting stitchers as needed.
- Conduct quality inspections of finished products according to established standards.
- Pack and fold finished products based on work orders.
- Perform final quality assurance and quality control checks.
- Cross-train in various roles within the production environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar environment is preferred but not required.
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks involving bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
