**Key Responsibilities:**
• Prioritize, schedule, and delegate work assignments to ensure efficient production processes.
• Supervise systems integration and test functions to meet quality standards.
• Plan production schedules, review component parts, and sub-assembly availability.
• Ensure employee training in safety, quality, quantity, and productivity standards.
• Participate in planning meetings to recommend space, personnel, and equipment requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement through waste identification and elimination.
• Act as a technical resource to address inquiries and problems.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Requirements:
• 2 years related experience required.
• Experience with sheet metal and/or warehousing preferred.
• Union experience a plus.
• MS Office proficiency.
• SAP knowledge.
Pay Details: $38.46 per hour
