In this role, you will manage daily operations, ensure QCD indicators align with customer expectations, set performance targets, monitor shift performance, address issues with corrective actions, conduct audits, lead improvement initiatives, coach team members, ensure HSE compliance, maintain transparent communication, set schedules, implement rewards, and uphold company values with autonomy and accountability.
